Fred graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Physical Education but found his calling in the business world, especially in sales. Fred began his mortgage career in 1991 and started helping Spanish speaking clients in 1999.

Drawing from his years of lending experience, Fred ensures the mortgage transaction goes as smoothly as possible for his clients and their Realtors!

Fred’s experience also allows him to “Think like an Underwriter!” and anticipate and resolve potential challenges for his clients before they begin looking for their “Dream Home.”

Fred and his wife Anna live in Carmel and have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time Fred enjoys working out, walks with his wife and spending time with family and friends.
